Recommended Overclocking/Voltage for Ryzen 1600

I recently got a Corsair h100i v2 CPU Cooler and I'm ready to overclock to the max. I have overclocked it to 3.8GHz with the stock cooler but reset it to normal after a day. I am planning to put the radiator/fans on the top of my Phanteks P400 case, I have 1 fan in the rear, and 2 in front. What is the recommended building block that I can start on for frequency and voltage?

My build is:
GTX 1060 Founders Edition
16gb Corsair Vengence RGB 3000Mhz C16
250gb 970 EVO (NVMe M.2)
MSI X370 Gaming Pro

AMD recommended maximums are 1.425v and 75c. Generally accepted values for prolonged high usage is 1.4v or less and 70c or less. Building blocks ?, well, default values and step by step while checking stability.

so whatever frequency can be achieved from going below 1.425v

Yes but also watch for temperature at same time. Whichever comes first. That Corsair should be able to tame it at that voltage.

For reference mines @ 3.9 and @1.35v using a MasterLiquid ML240L RGB, sits at 25c idle and around 55 on full load.

im also having the same issue lol same cpu : ryzen 5 1600 , with a TT Floe riing RGB 360 and a MSI B350 PC MATE lol ,
