Recommended power supply for my specs? :)

Hello 😀 im a full computer nerd when it comes to specs but when it has to do with power supplies im terrible,i dont even know what the bronze and 80+ things are.(I do know what modular is though) Anyways i was wondering what is the best power supply for the following gaming build:
-i5 4670k (going to be overclocked at 4.2 ghz, maybe 4.4ghz in the future,as i want this to last a good while)

-MSI Z87-G45 Gaming ATX
-8 gb (G.Skill Ripjaws X Series at 1866mhz 2x4gb sticks)
-sandisk Ultra Plus 256GB 2.5" Solid State Disk and Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
-Thermaltake Water 2.0 Pro 81.3 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler
-some generic dvd drive (will barely use it)
I want this power supply to be future proof as i will be adding another 4gb stick of ram and sli the 780 with the same brand.

I would go with a quality 650W 80+ Gold certified PSU.

80Plus is just a rating system for PSU efficiency, it's as simple as that.

You can happily run a system like yours on a 550W PSU, as long as it's decent quality.
Assuming you are in the USA (based on your graphics card link-
Non-modular -
XFX Core 550 - $50 after rebates

Semi-modular -
Corsair HX650 - $80
SeaSonic M12II 620 - $80
Rosewill CAPSTONE-550-M - $85
SeaSonic SS-650AM - $85
SeaSonic SSR-550RM -$86
Antec HCG-620M - $90
XFX P1-650X-XXB9 - $97
Rosewill CAPSTONE-650-M - $100
SeaSonic SSR-650RM - $100

There's a big list as prices will change pretty rapidly any any of those can be a good buy depending on what deals are on at any given point. There's also 550 and 650W PSUs from the same range. While 550W is plenty for your setup, often the 650W are close in price, and give you a bit more overclocking headroom so might be worth considering. Right now, the HX650 is a great deal.

In that case you are probably best to go for 800W+
Any of the higher capacity versions of the PSUs I mentioned earlier would be good, $110-150 or so.
