Recommended Power Supply

Can someone give me a good recommendation for a power supply for my Lenovo H50-55 it has a low 180 watt power supply so I wasn't able to use my 750 tI on it so what would be recommended just for use in the future

You also need a 24 pin to 14pin converter for the mainboard power ^
