Recommended PSU for Low Energy Gaming Rig

I am building a low power consumption build using energy efficient components, but I cant seem to know what PSU is perfect for my build.

I don't need too much headroom from PSU for upgrade because I'm on a budget.

CPU: i5-6400
GPU: EVGA GTX 750 ti FTW
MOBO: Asrock Z170 Pro 4 Entry Level
RAM: 2x GSkill Ripjaws V 4GB DDR4 2400
HDD: WD Black 1TB 7200 RPM
SSD: Samsung 850 Evo 120GB

First of all, i'd change that motherboard, there's no reason to have a z170 along with a non overclockable CPU, it's extra cost, as for the PSU, i'd suggest: EVGA 500B, CX500(corsair). Or a more expensive option: Silverstone ST45SF-G

I might upgrade my CPU to a i5-6600k someday though.

If you plan on upgrading your components, there is no point is getting a low powered PSU

Is 450w 80+ bronze good enough? Or 400w?
