I need some recommended PSUs based on experience and opinions.

Hi - that sys will draw less than 320w with the hd5830, so a quality 450w unit
is enough. I'll recommend a couple in that range & up to 550w in a few min.

I'm using the antec hgc 620 on the same MB with a 1090t , 160gb ssd , 2 1 tb hard drives and a 6970 gigabyte vid card with 16 gb g skill sniper ram . pSU RUNS COOL AND SILENT

Here's what you're looking at... total wattage draw ~300W. PSU's operate most efficently in the 30%-70% draw range so a quality 460W-600W PSU should fit your needs. Here are a few options - by price
1) Rosewill CAPSTONE Series CAPSTONE-450
2) FSP Group RAIDER 450W
3) SeaSonic S12II 520 Bronze
4) CORSAIR CX500M 500W Modular
5) SeaSonic G Series SSR-550RM 550W
as an idea
