I'm planning to buy a RTX 2070 Super, it says recommended PSU wattage is 650w but mine were 620w. But my point is RTX 2070 super is around 215w and my CPU is like 65w, so if I add these numbers I say I still got a lot of headroom. Do I need to buy a new one or I can stick with my current PSU?.

My PC Specs
CPU: R5 1600 @3.8ghz
MB: GA AB350 gaming 3
RAM: Trident Z RGB 3000mhz 8gbx2
GPU: GTX 970 G1 Gaming
PSU: Seasonic M12II Evo 620w
AIO: ID Cooling Auraflow 240
SSD: 2x
HDD: 2x
Fans: 6x 120mm Led
Case: CM MasterCase 5

Your system will be fine with that PSU. Despite being a budget PSU, Seasonic makes great products. Nvidia's PSU recommendation have to be taken with a grain of salt as they dont cover the other parts of the system or the quality of the PSU.
