I am currently working on a PC build and I was wondering what would be the recommended PSU wattage for this build along with what's my cheapest yet best option for it. I am maxing out my budget and I need one for around $150.

My Parts:
Intel Core i7-4790K 4.0GHz Quad-Core Processor
Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler
MSI Z97-GAMING 7 ATX LGA1150 Motherboard
Corsair Vengeance 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
Samsung 840 EVO 120GB 2.5" Solid State Drive
Western Digital Red 1TB 3.5" 5400RPM Internal Hard Drive
PowerColor Radeon R9 290X 4GB Video Card
Fractal Design Define R4 (Black Pearl) ATX Mid Tower Case

Solution
A 650W PSU is going to be enough for your system.
XFX Core 650W is a good option.
But since I'm a kinda guy that likes to have slightly more power,EVGA SuperNOVA G2 750W would be my recommendation. :)
