Recommended PSU Watts for PC Build

I am currently working on a PC build and I was wondering what would be the recommended PSU wattage for this build along with what's my cheapest yet best option for it. I am maxing out my budget and I need one for around $150.

Right. I'm not planning on doing any overclocking or using Crossfire.

A 650W PSU is going to be enough for your system.
XFX Core 650W is a good option.
But since I'm a kinda guy that likes to have slightly more power,EVGA SuperNOVA G2 750W would be my recommendation.
