Question Recommendedations for a small desktop PC case ?

I'm looking for a case that can accommodate a 9070 XT GPU (298mm, 3-slot) and an Intel 285K CPU cooled with a high-end cooler like the Phantom Spirit or DH15 or any other similar, quiet dual tower. I'm okay with AIOs too, if they warrant the entire PC if it leaks. Vertical is a plus for the small footprint and great airflow nature, but if any horizontal one is available and is good, why not.

Board could be ITX or mATX, I don't mind.

Only ones I found so far is the CH170 by Deepcool, and Cubeor Vault 2 V1.1. Any other recommendations?

You might want to mention where you're located, what your budget for the case purchase is and what your preferred site for purchase is as brands and product availability can and will vary with regards to region.

On a side note, please pass on the parts you wish to populate the case with so we don't run into clearance issues.

Budget is unlimited. Location doesn't matter - I contact them via email and they always agree to ship

CPU: Ultra 9 285K
Cooler: Preferably a top-tier air cooler (like the Thermalrights or DH15), but could do with 240/360mm AIO *IF* they warrant the entire PC.
Motherboard: will buy according to case.
Ram: Does it matter?
SSD: Does it matter?
GPU: Asrock 9070XT Steel Legend, its a little less than 300mm.
PSU: Will buy according to case.
