Build Advice Recommended upgrades for my computer ?

Hello,
would you help me please. I want upgrade my computer's Motherboard + Processor + Cooler + RAM (DDR4 or DDR5).

What kind of pc setup do you recommend?
I have RTX 3060 Ti but in the future i want upgrade to RTX 3070 Ti or 3080.

I play World of tanks 2560x1440 and Guild Wars 2 (i think in this game is good to have some processor with good single thread performance)

My PC:
i7-9700KF 8 fyzických jader (8 vláken),
Noctua NH-D14,
ASUS TUF 3060Ti (3fan),
Disk ADATA SSD XPG SX8200 Pro,
Disk Seagate Barracuda 7200.12 500GB
Disk Samsung EVO 750 (120GB),
Disk Samsung EVO (250GB),
HyperX FURY DDR4 16GB (Kit 2x8GB) 3200MHz CL16 SR x8 černá,
Monitor DELL S2721DGF 165Hz,
CaseFractal Meshify C TG,
GIGABYTE Z370-HD3P,
Seasonic Focus Plus Gold - 750W

You would need to specify your location, you're preferred site for purchase and your budget for the upgrades. From what it seems, you're already up there with a switch to a brand new platform like Intel 13th Gen or AMD's last AM4 socket or the AM5 platform. You will need to get a higher PSU ofc if you do plan to drop in a beefier discrete GPU down the road. How old is the PSU in your build, again?

Cooler wise, you should be fine for builds to come, just that you might need to swap the retention mechanism for your NH-D14;

My PSU is Seasonic 750W gold...
I prefer website www.alza.cz or www.czc.cz
My budget is 15 000-20 000 Czech Koruna

Run the cpu-Z bench on your i7-9700K.
You should see a single thread rating of about 566:

If budget permits, look at a I5-13600K.
A more modest i5-13400 should be announced Jan 2. with similar single thread performance.
You will need a new motherboard. Keep ddr4 and you can reuse your ram. No difference in performance with ddr5.
Z motherboards are not needed B660 in matx size is not expensive.
Your NH-D14 cooler is excellent. Noctua will send you a la1700 mounting kit for free.

As to a graphics upgrade, you may need to upgrade your psu.
750W may not be sufficient for a 3080 class card.

i want upgrade my pc setup to i5 13600KF build. Please any help what build do you recomend?
I have some options.

Which ATX Motherboard to choose? B660/B760/H670/H770/Z690/Z790
DDR4 or DDR5? Can i use my old DDR4 2x8GB 3200Mhz?
New cooler? or my old cooler NH-D14 with new Mouting kit?

I think new i5-13600Kf can improve my fps in both games.

He will need a bios update in order to run a 13 gen cpu in a Z690 / B660 board. Only Gigabyte and Asus ROG boards tmk allow the user to update the bios in those board without installing the cpu.

The MSI Z690 PRO-A wifi also has the bios update w/o cpu capability.
The gen 13 functionality was included in a update from about 6/2020 so any motherboard other than very old stock is likely to be ok.

I would go with the i5 13500 and as far as DDR4 vs DDR5 ... it comes down to your budget.
