Question recommended voltage on llc auto for r5 2600 oc 4ghz

hi friends, my build is:
mb msi b450m-a pro max
2x G.Skill Aegis DDR4 8GB 3000MHz oc 1.35 3000mhz
psu corsair vx550w
gpu EX-RX570-O4G
cpu r5 2600 cooler gammaxx 200t

what is recomended voltage with auto llc on 4ghz i'm running 1.375v
runing prime95 after 5min readings:
CPU core voltage current 1.325v min 1.287v max 1.369v
CPU temp min 33c mac 75.3
it is ok can i run my system 24/7 ?
some times i'm gaming games like assassins creed odyssey

You shouldn't be on that PSU, to begin with at this day and age and with those hardware specs. You shouldn't be at 1.375v either if you want to retain the processor for a long period of time. Ideally you should be at between 1.25v and 1.3v.

Make sure you're on the latest BIOS update for your motherboard prior to redoing your overclocks.

i have updated bios to latest psu is fine tested many times on diferent builds one issue on this psu dosen't support power supply idle control so i set it to typical current idle in bios by the way pc crashes on 1.325v on load when runing prime95 with 1.35v i had freeze when i wached movie but now on 1.375 it seem to by fine shoud i need to go on 1.3v and test it llc level 2 ?

llc level 3 and voltage 1.288 so far so good passed cinebench and prime95 10min but after 11minutes thermal throtling is it safe ?
