Anyway so I have designed this new PC and there is one thing missing. Watercooling. I dont know a thing about water cooling and want to know what brand/model and whether I should do GPU and CPU or just one.

Unless you want to go and buy a 300$ waterblock for your GPU and then another 200$ or so on CPU block, pump, resivour, and radiator, just buy a Corsair H100 and watercool your Core i7.

Gtx690's do a wonderfull job of cooing on a stock cooler, thats why commercial brands use the stock OEM heatsinks on the card.

H100 is about equal to high end air, so i dont really think its worth it. Youve already spent a lot of money on the pc, heck, 1k on the GPU alone, might as well water cool it. It will reduce the noise as well.. if thats something that is important to you.

Also, frozencpu.com has a GTX 690 with the waterblock already installed, for $1,180.
