Question Recommended wattage for GTX 1650?

I'm building a PC, and I'm trying to figure out what PSU I need for my build, I was thinking something like 450w - 500w for a GPU like this.
The guy at some computer shop I went to said I would need 650w - 750w, which seems like alot. So I'm not really sure what to get.

i5 7400 CPU
16gb RAM
1Tb HDD
Prime B250M-A Motherboard

Depends on quality, a higher quality 450W would be plenty.
