Record with GPUs that don't have decoders?

A few months back i got myself an R7 250 where i saw that it had VCE 1.0 for recording n stuff and soon to find out that my GPU which is based on Oland architecture, doesn't have one and i was pretty disappointed. I wanted to ask if there's any workaround so i can use my GPU for recording instead of my CPU?

My CPU (which is Athlon II x4 641 overclocked at 3 GHz) isn't powerful enough to do recording, and doesn't really stand well with my gpu, it always goes to 100% of load while my gpu stands somewhere about 50-70%. I apologize if i made mistakes somewhere, sincerely my english isn't the best and neither is my knowledge with hardware so im trying to learn.

Unfortunately no, there is no free way to record gameplay with that system at all, period. You'll need a capture card to record any gameplay.

Honestly though, your better off building/buying a better system.
