Recording/Capturing Analogue VHS tape

I have a Panasonic DS27 DV camcorder which has been DV in/out enabled. Is
there any way I can record from an analogue VCR to the dv camcorder? I know
that the next camera up (DS38) can do this. Is there any way of enabling
the DS27 to do this?
If not, can anyone recommend a good site for advice on capturing from an
analogue vcr to a computer?
