It won't be a problem, you don't even need to upgrade your motherboard, a processor upgrade would be alot better, Intel Core i5-3350P 3.1GHz is the only processor that you need for your motherboard, 3330, 3450, 3470, 3550 and 3570 are not needed, they are at the same performance, but with a higher clock rate (I don't know why Intel makes those...

In my humble opinion, the i3 3220 is the component that needs upgrading. Your GPU is very decent, but due to the low processing power, with the game in the active screen, the background recording isn't getting the processing power that it needs to record live.

I suggest you get a quad core i5 3570. Its processing power is very good, while the extra two cores would handle the recording job without a sweat.

Intel Core i5-3350P 3.1GHz. 3330, 3450, 3470, 3550 and 3570 are not worth the money, they are at the same performance level! If you want to overclock, Intel Core i5-3570K is your choice, but since you have a H61 chipset, overclocking is impossible, so Intel Core i5-3350P 3.1GHz is really great!
