Question Recover data from C drive on an HDD?

How to recover data from a crash hard drive,especially in local disk C drive where the operating system was

My hard drive recently crashed and I took it out of my computer and connected it to another pc as an external hard drive using the sea gate cover and I cannot find the data in local disk C, it is in accessible? but the other partition is, I tried usinf Ease us data recovery but still cannot access my files that were in local disk C, plz help

Depends on how it "crashed".
And depends on how you tried to access.

I tried to access it as an external it has two partitions I can access the other partition without the operating system but the one with the operating system cannot access it's files like documents,videos and music.

Right.
Those Libraries are permission locked to the other user.
Did it say anything about "You don't have access"?

Okay, I understand have to take owmership of the crashed local disk c partition, to access the files
