recover data from hard disk that needs formatting?

Have a 500gb Seagate External Hard disk that my computer can detect but when I try to open it says it has not been formatted yet. Please help!! 🙁

'getdataback' is best i've used, i've tried others but this was best IMO. I had the same issue as you and it got back most of my important files. Unfortunately it is not free.
