Recover drive after quick format (raid)

I currently have only one drive of the 4 drives that create a raid volume at my disposal. I managed to do a quick format with Windows on this 500gb drive, but I didn't over write anything. Is there a way to recover this 'raid' data without having a failed raid volume when I add the additional drives? Having an image of the formatted disk would be also a solution, this way I can recover the full raid volume.
