Recover Drive Full HELPPPPP

My recovery drive is full, looks like a bunch of backups taking the majority of the space.

Do i need to delete these? Will my computer work if its full?

Yes, just delete your oldest backups to free up space for newer backups. Not a problem. Good luck!
