Recover files from clean windows 7 install?

Hi

I decided to upgrade my laptop from windows7 to windows7 pro. Whilst doing a fresh install from usb i accidentally clicked format hard disk and then done a clean install!

I didnt mean to do this... is there anyway i can restore it back to get my old files?

Not likely. The installation overwrote what was there.
