Recover from backup

Accidently clicked on backup option when external hard disk connected to my Pc now I can't copy anything in to it but can delete anything And it shows not enough space

You need to disable the backup feature if you don't want it, then delete any backups which you don't need. This will free up space on the drive and the backup software shouldn't make any more backups on it.

Can't be more specific about how you actually disable the backup feature or stop any more backups from running as it depends on the backup application you are using. Have a look around in the backup app, specifically in it's options & settings.
