Question Recover Google account ?

Asking for someone else:

How would one recover a Google account if they don't have access to the recovery device and that's the only recovery option? Can't find a live chat or customer service phone number for Google anywhere.

Do you use any paid service from Google?

For example if you pay for Google One every month for storage space, they surely will help you to recover your account if you can provide the electronic payment receipt.

If you do not have access to the recovery device then issue is strictly between Google, you, and the person who has the recovery device (and can provide access if and as necessary.

Forum rules prohibit assistance with such matters. E.g. passwords, account problems, account access.

Whoever "Asking for someone else" is that person needs to contact Google.
