The screen cracked on my friends Toshiba satellite laptop so my friend gave it to me and I just hooked up a screen and have been using it, it had been over a year since she had used the laptop and all of the admin passwords she tried did not work. So how can I start over is there a way to reset up with out disk, etc. or a way to recover her original password. Please HELP...with out the admin I cant do certain critical updates or make any changes.
