recover my files

I formated my usb flash because had problem shortcut usb drive, but i can't recover my folder on it, with the same name. The files that i could recover are unable to open.
Pls help me, i have really important data.

You should have asked earlier. A format destroys the files on the stick.The recover works before the format, not after.
