Recover old os from hd

Hello,
i have 2 operating sytems on my hd, NO partitions when i start up comp it only starts up the latest os and does not give me a option to run the old one. how can i restore the old os to become primary?

hmmm,

Load up into one OS and create a separate partition, and then image one OS to that partition. The BIOS will then see two OS's when it boot's and will prompt you form which one you want to load on each boot.
