recover outlook contacts

Hi
i got my outlook profile deleted
but i had a lot of contacts under it that i need
could i recover them into my new outlook profile?
could i recover the emails from that profile?

this outlook was on your system or a company one you could try a previous restore point before the delete happens .

well i did an import & apparently there was the old pst file from the other profile. so its ok now. thanks anyway
