Recover partition/drive bootable image

Hi, I accidentally created an recovery image on my 1TB flash which including my two drives full of files in it.
How could I restore my drives back?

Since you've written to it, you can only maybe (big maybe) recover what wasn't overwritten using normal recovery programs.

Don't know which is best 'cos I've never needed it (for one thing I always keep my data backed up - - it's what you should have done) but try this:

In future keep your data backed up on several separate external hard drives, then you won't be in this mess next time.

I used Aomei Partition, now I got one intact drive. But another drive is not seen, trying to recover again maybe could get it back.
Yeah I should’ve done that.
