Recover Trash deleted email from GMAIL

I foolishly deleted an important email by mistake, and without check i emptied trash only to find a particular mail missing.
IS there any way to recover a email deleted from trash in GMAIL?

certain emails, like office 365, have a recover/purge email option.. im unaware if gmail has this, if they do great, if not you could try contacting customer support, but i highly doubt it as alot of your information is automated and not readily at the hands of techs. (although im sure it could be for important/legal reasons)

You would have to get google to restore a backup copy of your account. Ie contact their tech support.
