[SOLVED] Recovering data from raw drive, running out of memory.

So I've gotten into the trouble of being unable to access my external ssd without formatting, I've got Easeus data recovery app and tried to use on the RAW ssd before I format it. However each time I try to recover the entirety of the files midst way I get the message that I ran out of memory therefore the app will close. True enough each time I check the memory usage through task manager it rises exponentially along the way before stabilizing at 7,2-7,5 out of 8 gig rams

What I've tried:

1. Shutting down some minor apps for more memory

2. Increasing virtual memory by allocating more virtual memory by pager size, but to no avail it seems.
