Question Recovering Google account w/o phone or password

Recently lost my phone which held all of my accounts and passwords. I had forgotten the password to both the email and the recovery email, and no longer have access to the phone number for verification.

Went to tmobile to get a sim card replacement of the same number, was able to get the Google verification code and google prompt said it could not verify my identity (used iPhone instead of android). I believe it was an unnfamiliar IP, device, etc issue.

I've tried several times to go through the steps, is there any other route I'm missing? I've considered calling a Google voice customer service number just to badger them about resetting anything.

Any help would be appreciated.

All you can do is work with Google voice customer service.
