[SOLVED] Recovery disc for BOXNUC7I5BNHXF?

Hi,

We have a BOXNUC7I5BNHXF, that is not booting up as normal. It came with Windows 10 preinstalled and now it says a recovery disk is required, as it is damaged or missing files but we do not have a recovery disk for it.

It did not come with the disk and we did not create one. Do you know if there are other steps that we could take for this?

Sure....just a regular reinstall of WIn 10.
Then, install whatever hardware drivers are needed.

From a different working PC, create your own Win 10 USB to install from.
