Recovery drive(D:) almost full?

I have a HP pavilion Laptop with WIN 8 and i noticed the recovery drive is almost full and in the red?
It has 1.66gb left of 24.8gb. I did a full factory reset a few weeks back because it got maleware/trojans.
The main C: drive now has very little on it( 570gb drive and has 511gb left)
Why is the Recovery drive filling up?
I did a google search and none of the solutions were any good

It not that it filling up, it only have enough space just for recovery, so it doesn't take more space than it need.

I see, i was just wondering because before the full factory reset that D drive had more space and was not in the red like now? before the reset that drive had over 2.5Gb's left now it is under 2gb's

You can look at it and see what got change recently

I did look at the files and nothing is dated as new?
