Hi,
can't enter Windows so I went for a Recovery (F11) but it doesn't work.
Ive tried to boot from discks but also it doesn't work.( changed boot order ofc)
Here is the screen problem that occurs both times.

its an HP Pavillion g6 with Win10 ( Win7 Native).

Solution
I replaced my HDD with another one that i had and tried to boot from CD and apparently works.
I said apparently because Ive just checked if the Recovery Manager Screen would pop up and it actually did but I didn't run the whole Recovery process cause Im going to buy a new HDD and see if that works.

Since I have the Recovery disks I think is going to be ok.
Thank you for the help.
Thanks for the answer but in my BIOS interface there is no "Secure boot" option or whatever says the guide.
I think thats because Ive upgraded Win 7 (which was the native OS) with Win 10.... and now i can not reset my machine anymore from the "F11".
BUT this do not explain why i cant reset the laptop by using my recovery disks ... the outcome is the same screen that i posted in which i can only move the cursor and nothing happens.
I thought about an hardware problem... could be the case?

did you make the recovery disks? one reason could be the disks aren't bootable. - https://support.hp.com/id-en/document/bph07143

On another PC, download the Windows 10 media creation tool and use it to make a win 10 installer on USB or DVD - see if you can boot off it

You might be on an old bios, could explain missing menus, not going to suggest flashing that as it should boot off DVD, there are no special settings needed to be changed.

Tried it but the result is still the same... if that can help, before the blue/white screen (when i can only use the cursor) it appears a command prompt window with no text that lasts less than a second.
Furtermore i did an error diagnosis by pressing F2 before the boot, just to check if everyrhing is ok and i found out this:

Seems that i have to replace my HDD.

Still doesn't explain why you can't boot off USB.

True, without a working hdd it is pointless but once you get a new drive, you will need to install windows on it. I guess if you get someone else to replace drive, its their problem how to get windows on.
