How can i revover my pics that bymistaken i deleted the disk 2yrs back after that i load a new window max 50 times

Um, pretty much you can't. Even assuming you could get a file recovery utility that read the physical data from the drive, the chances of there being enough usable data in the "free" spaces after 2 years is pretty much nil.
