Question Recovery usb drive not working

Hello, so that's the problem.
Some time ago I made a recovery usb drive with some programs inside, using the microsoft tool. Now the problem is that I can't manage to boot it.

I selected it from the boot menu, but it shows a window for a second and then just goes as that wasn't a recovery drive.

If I put the drive into any pc, I can see that it is almost full as it should, and displays some files.

Now, I would like to know if I can do anything about it or I should just give up and try a new installation, which would be a pain.
