Recovery User Profile

How can I recover my user profile and data that has been deleted accidently? I am using Windows 7 on a Gateway laptop. I deleted my user profile because I was unable to log into Windows there I deleted my user profile and created new user name. But all the data files saved in old profile was deleted also. (Or I just don't know how to locate it)
