Hello,
troubles with my easynote tj65-003, internet explorer not working, USB not recognized... and was told to restore it to factory settings. When I try via the PB recovery management, I get the following message: harddrive configuration is not set to the factory default, restore aborted! How can I then proceed?

This sounds like D2D recovery has been disabled in the BIOS. Boot into the BIOS, i think its F2 on these units, and look under advanced settings for the option D2D Recovery. It might be called Disk2Disk or Disk2Disk Recovery or just D2D. This needs to be enabled, if it is set to disabled then enable it and save settings, exit and reboot, then attempt a full destructive recovery by holding the Alt key and tapping F10 as soon as you power on. This will load the recovery console, from there it is self explanatory.

I had to restore the computer to default factory settings. During start-up I pressed ALT+F10 then followed the instructions. Of course I had to transfer everything on an external hard disk
