Recovery

Hello,
I need to run a recovery on my Toshiba Satellite A105-S4334 laptop but when I try to run the Recover CD I get an error message that reads: Cannot Determine Current OS version.
I used to have XP loaded when I orignially purchased the computer and now have Vista installed.
Is there a way to recover my system?

The recovery disks you got with the laptop are for XP, not for Vista, when you installed vista it should have prompted you to create a new set of recovery disks. If it did not then you may need to do a reformat and reinstall.
