Hello,
When we power on a hardisk the disk starts spinning but the goes to right side but stops at middle. so what is the problem in logic board,by replacing any component can we regain the drive,because the heads ,platters are in good condition

If you've got the drive open to the point that you can see the head's arm moving about, then the head & platters are no longer in good condition. Even a small piece of dust between the head and the platter can cause a head crash. Opening a hard drive is usually done in a clean room.

the drive was in the same condition before opening when i heard the sound when it was moving
