Recurring BSOD on windows 10

Hi So I recently upgraded my motherboard, and it worked fine for about a week, but then I got a random BSOD with "SYSTEM SERVICE EXCEPTION" as the error. I figured that doing a clean install of windows from USB would fix this problem. But it didn't. Today, I just got a BSOD with error "kernel security check error".

I've ran memory diagnostics to and no errors turned up. I've also run driver verifier and nothing happened on startup. Weirdly enough, this seems to happen randomly with no real pattern. The 4 times I can remember is when.

1. On the league of legends client (not in game). The client crashed unexpectedly and BSOD a couple seconds later

2. In a CSGO game, screen flashed black for a second, then BSOD crash

3. In league of legends client again, but this time the client flashes black, then BSOD a few seconds later.

4. Installing league of legends, and BSOD happens again.

I can't really see any correlation here other than games so I've reinstalled my nvidia drivers but it still happens. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Have you got the latest BIOS? Dump would tell me that but I can't read them.

Did you test ram with memtest86. Test 1 stick at a time, for several hours, any errors are too many. Perfect only score you want is 0. If you get more, it shows the cause

Driver verifer not crashing shows its not drivers... or its unlikely anyway.

How new was the installer you used for win 10? recently made?

Don't think its GPU as its bsod, not crashing with weird colours on screen. PC isn't restarting randomly without BSOD.

I used to have similar issues but after changing from

i5-3350p
Asrock B75 Pro3 M
Gigabyte R9 270x
Seasonic S12ii 520w

To

i5-6400
MSI B15m Bazooka
EVGA GTX 960
Superflower Leadex silver 550w

All my issues were gone. Do you have any similar parts to my old build, by any chance ? I have a hunch that Asrock motherboards are screwing with ppl
