So, I've had this problem for a year or so on and off. After wiping all of my drives and reinstalling Windows(I don't even know how many times), it tends to go away for a while. I feel like I've tried everything.

Basically, my PC runs fine as long as I'm using it, but if I leave for not even five minutes it'll crash without fail. Lately however, it's been crashing more and more randomly. Whether I'm browsing the web or playing games. I have updated every driver several times.

Here is the WhoCrashed and my system specs:

top error makes me think you should run memtest86 on ram, 1 stick at a time. Any errors are too many as only score you want to see is 0. If you get any erorrs, replace/remove stick and see if bsod stop happening.

Bugcheck 1c7 is fairly new I think. You can try the suggestions here for it: https://www.tenforums.com/bsod-crashes-debugging/88835-bsod-during-gaming-plethora-different-error-codes.html. Its so new the debugger doesn't know what it is. Seems to be related to storage or memory.,

Memory management x 2 & top error sure point at ram problems.

old drivers to might be cause as well.
update razer drivers
SmartDefragDriver.sys (dated Mon Dec 23 2013) - Smart defrag (made by iobit), see if newer version or remove.
HWINFO...
Often errors involving win32kfull are related to graphics drivers, Who crashed isn't being very informative so can you upload the minidumps created by who crashed in the c windows/minidump folder to a cloud server and share the link here
You may need to copy that file to documents & then upload the copy from documents as you may have permissions problems with the original files.

someone with right software to read them will help you fix it :)

that is unexpected, wonder what who crashed did with them after it made reports, as that is where it says the files are?

check you don't have a WINDOWS/minidump folder as it might have made an all caps one, its how it describes it in report

Hi, I ran the dump files through the debugger and got the following information: https://pastebin.com/0QtCd8TK

I couldn't find the info on Bugcheck 1C7 (with a quick search). That's an odd one I guess.

I can't help you with this. Wait for someone else to reply. Good luck.

SmartDefragDriver.sys (dated Mon Dec 23 2013) - Smart defrag (made by iobit), see if newer version or remove.
HWINFO might be right age, file is just from 2015

Looking at motherboard web site, you may have newest versions of some of these
AsrAppCharger.sys (dated) Tue May 10 2011) - ASRock App Charger (listed as likely BSOD cause on http://www.carrona.org/drivers/driver.php?id=AsrAppCharger.sys so might want to remove it) - newest version is 2013. if you don't use it, i would remove it.
AsrAutoChkUpdDrv.sys (Dated Mon Mar 10 2014) - I can guess, Asrock Auto Update drivers (see if newer version, remove otherwise) - latest version on site from 2017 (might help to run this to update other motherboard drivers)
AsrDrv101.sys (Dated Tue Jan 15 2013) - AsRock I/O Driver

e2xw10x64.sys (Dated Wed Sep 14 2016) - Killer e2400 PCI-E Gigabit Ethernet Controller - Your model is AE2400, get latest from http://www.killernetworking.com/driver-downloads since newest on motherboard web site from last year.
