Recurring Problem is Back

I seem to have this issue happen from time to tome here at Tom's. The Notifications in the upper right corner of the page never changes. Even after answering posts. Couldn't even answer any posts yesterday. Today I can answer posts, but the notifications stay up there.

To my knowledge the proper people have been messaged, but being the weekend it may be awhile. If you need to clear the notifications current workaround is to use the mark all as read option in tracked threads.
