Recycle Bin Icon keep moving?

Why does my Recycle Bin Icon keep moving?

Hi, with all the informations you gave us, I will try to answer at what could be the problem. If you move the icon for the Recycle Bin somewhere on the screen and want the icon to stay at that location, you have to refresh the screen. Right click on the desktop and click Refresh.
