Recycle Bin Keeps Refilling

I'm not quite sure what's happening with my laptop but I found out recently that my Recycle bin was full of stuff that I didn't delete. There were a lot of files whose file name is composed of letters and numbers. (ie. 0A266542d01). I tried to permanently delete them from the Recycle Bin but they keep coming back when i start my laptop again.

I thought it was a virus but my AVG doesn't show anything when I scan my hard drive.

try using a betting antivirus program, you might pick up somthing which could be causing this.
