Question Recycling my old hard drive with windows 10 on it

I had windows 10 installed on an old hard drive and I had reinstalled the hard drive on a new pc that comes with a new ssd. Whenever it boots, it would always fail. I plan to reinstall windows to the ssd, as it boots faster. How will I be able to do this?

You need to perform a fresh\clean install to the SSD.
