Red 2-digit LED indicator off

Hi everybody,

I am not an expert but I still managed to build a PC. However, something is really odd and I need help:

Ever since I updated the BIOS/UEFI (AsRock Z390 Taichi) from Version 1.30 to 1.90, this little red 2-digit LED indicator in the bottom right corner of the M/B displays various codes during the boot procedure, but as soon as Windows 10 starts up, it is no longer lit - it's off.

Is this normal or is something "broken"? I am asking because my PC is running flawlessly.

Think of them as trouble shooting codes. No trouble no codes. People would flip out if some random led was the wrong color for their theme... (Not I as I don't care what it looks like, but many would flip their lid)

I built my last PC 9 years ago. There where no red leds on motherboards back then
