Red blinking light

I just built my pc today and a red led keeps flashing with a battery symbol under it. Any info please?

4x2gb Patriot Viper 3 DDR3
GTX 960 4GB Windforce
Corsair VS550 PSU
Thermaltake Versa H23 (Not a very good case)

I don't see anything in the manual -- http://download.gigabyte.us/FileList/Manual/mb_manual_ga-970a-ud3p_v.2.x_e.pdf. Where on the motherboard is the LED?

The red led is on the front of the case. (Versa H23)

The "battery" is a disk drive I think. It would flash for disk activity.
