The yellow "Help" thing simply means no one has commented yet. Since you did, that is now gone...

All parts are new and I've tried spare cables, i dunno what else to do.

If you tried everything posted here, then the next best thing to do is to RMA the GPU as that may be the defect you are experiencing.

If anyone runs into this it is a setting issue
System config > accessibility > visual alerts ....... make sure it is not turned on....... this solved the problem for me! hope this helps
