Question Red cpu light and start up fail

CPU: Ryzen 5 2600
Gpu: Rx580
Motherboard: Msi B450 tomahawk

So today I bought more ram for my pc. After installing it going into bios and then exiting my computer now will not turn on(it goes to the page where you can hit delete to go to bios) then the screen goes black. I noticed a red cpu light that now comes on next to my ram. Any idea what’s going on and how I can fix it?

Yeah I tried that. Still have the same result.
