Question Red CPU light blinks 3 times on msi B450m gaming plus, PC not starting

I recently have had problems with my cpu over heating reaching a peak of 103.5 degrees c. So I wanted to install a new aio liquid cooler. A Corsair h115i platnium. I have an and ryzen 5 2600. When I plug my psu into the wall and flick it on, a light near the processor blinks 3 times then shuts off. When I press the power button I see the rgb on the waterblock light up for just a second. And also the ez debug lights (all 4) light up for just a second. Also added a new psu at the same time. Pls help I’m gonna lose my mind

Hi, what is the make and model of your PSU (old one and new one), and also what GPU do you have?
If 103.5 degrees was a correct readout, then it is very likely that the CPU is damaged from the such high temps.

New psU Corsair rm650x 80+ gold . Old is a power spec 650 w 80+ bronze.gpu is a asus rog strix rtx 2060

It looks like a short, assuming that the new power supply does work. Check the AIO installation and connections. If correct, try testing different power supply.
